• Going to the doctor – Recognizing signs of cognitive decline and encouraging early diagnosis.

• Deciding when to stop driving – Addressing safety concerns while maintaining independence and dignity.

• Making legal and financial plans – Preparing for future care needs, including power of attorney, long-term care, and financial security.
