The goal of this workshop is to give attendees an understanding of suicide, recognize warning signs, identify risk and protective factors, increase willingness and ability to intervene with a person at risk for suicide, as well as a question and answer session on the topic of suicide prevention.

People at risk could include a friend, a neighbor, an adult child or even a grandchild.
Join us and learn more on this topic from expert speaker, Taylor Morgan, Suicide Prevention Training and Outreach Facilitator with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services and Division of Public and Behavioral Health.Â
